Open Educational Resources Movement
Open Educational Resources encompass the "open provision of educational resources, enabled by information and communication technologies, for consultation, use and adaptation by a community of users for noncommercial purposes" (UNESCO Forum 2002).The community of educators has embraced the OER movement as a means to increase access to education as well as spark innovation in teaching and learning.
