The phenomenal daughter of Judy Garland first displayed her dazzling talents in the 1972 Academy Award winning musical "Cabaret". In this film she played the self proclaimed "Strange and extraordinary" Sally Bowles. Set in Nazi Germany, Sally was an American character who remained oblivious to the foreign and horrific events around her by appearing regularly as a singer at an underground Cabaret. Though this film is considered by many to be the height of Liza's career, she has also achieved much more success beyond her portrayal of Sally.
