GB: Thoreau at Walden
Timeline about the events in the life of the author of the book Walden, Henry David Thoreau. Intent is to take a closer look at how Henry spends his time during the seasons. What inspired him to settle there, and what continues to inspire him? What does he learn about himself? society? America? Two years+ of living is condensed into one year for the course of the book. Will try to include images of his environment in Concord, Massachusetts for the time period as much as possible. 18 months before moving to Walden Pond, Thoreau wrote:"We must first succeed alone, that we may enjoy our success together."
